A strategic planner and sales person with countless years of experience selling and marketing hundreds of different items ranging from industrial real estate to fine jewellery to porcelain dolls, Mike is absolutely committed to amazing customer service and is never happy with anything less. Pet hate: Bad customer experiences with no excuse.

Mike also has over 8 years purchasing experience with a supply chain direct from factories in China, and has over that time spent nearly a whole year in total working at factory level within China.

Having sourced hundreds of different items from the world’s largest suppliers, Mike was instigative in establishing a sourcing office in China with whom he is in contact daily for new clients.
